Water duckling or water ducklings, among other names, its scientific name is Pistia stratiotes. It is silver in the freshwater channels or lagoons of tropical zones.
It is beautiful plant I could measure up to 16 centimeters and in my town it is considered a water grass, since attentive to the health of the fish and the plants that inhabit it due to its rapid and massive spread leaves oxygen without water to end the life inside of her. Well ... That's what I've been told as a child, but I can not help but admire her beauty and as I like it so much, it's silver, take a glass container and place it as a decoration at home
