I'd give him a .000001% chance of being the actual photographer ;) Looking at post history is a very good indicator. 2nd is if an image is plastered across the net, and the guy isn't a professional photog like we have with scotphoto (forgetting his exact handle, the real photog from Tahoe, and others) :)
