Construction in Dubai

Thought I'd share this picture I took yesterday in an area here called Jaddaf, the zone is called Dubai Health Care City Phase 2 or DHCC 2:

You can see the number of construction cranes and building sites across the pictures of the development currently taking place in this particular area which is also designated to be a 'well-being sanctuary' with luxurious residential, hospitality, hospitals and clinics aimed mainly to that purpose.

I'm also sharing the daily stats for sales and rentals in Dubai after aggregating and segmentizing the data to make it easier to understand for those not familiar with Dubai. Those stats give a hint on the real estate development and transactions happening across the city that was once hit very hard in the 2008 - 2009 global financial crisis but has risen again and exceeded its pace in the development of its once desert by the sea nature.

The dots you see in the picture are from the window outside, the surrounding construction sites make it impossible to keep the building windows clean everyday.
