#147 - Giving to beggars is not recommended by law here in the Philippines because it is used by some syndicates to get money from people, they use kids, disabled, old people as prey to get money. But what if the person begging is not part of any syndicate but just someone who is trying to ask help to get some food into their hungry stomach. Breaks my heart everytime I see scenes like this one. Shot in the crowded city of Marikina.
