Pan pizza de atun y mozzarella :)

Today I wanted to eat pizza so I opted for the simple and quickest variant. The bread pizza is a simple and easy dish to make, with ingredients that we always have at hand on the fridge or the pantry, we can prepare it with crostini or a pizza loaf. Ummmm ñomi ñomi

Ingredients

A loaf of bread
Fried tomato
2 cans of tuna
Mozzarella
Oregano

Step by Step:

Preheat the oven
Before starting to prepare our pizza bread, we preheat the oven to full power with the gratin function.

Prepare the bread
While the oven is heating, slice the bread to the length you want and then, in half, creating four bases to place the ingredients

Place the ingredients:

We put the fried tomato on top of each bread, covering it all in a uniform way, careful not to overdo it since when putting the tuna it could overflow
We make the tuna crumbs and cover the surface of each part of bread, normally one can of tuna is enough to cover two pizza bread well

Grate the fine mozzarella or use it already grated and let it fall on the tuna, without covering everything, otherwise it will be a lot of cheese

We add oregano to taste. I recommend not to put too much because otherwise, it will cover the flavor of the other ingredients

To bake
We put the pizza bread in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until we see that the cheese starts to toast. We will also see that the edges of the bread begin to toast, this will be the ideal time to remove them and thus prevent them from becoming too dry.
