Various homemade pizzas

Hello everyone, since it’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed a delicious homemade pizza, let’s get to work! To make the dough, we’ll use flour, water, yeast, salt, and an egg. In a bowl, place the flour, make a small well in the center, and add the egg and warm water. Then add a bit of yeast and mix everything very well, gradually pouring in the remaining warm water. Before that, add a pinch of salt and continue mixing until the dough comes together. Once it’s ready, cover it and let it rest for a bit, then start shaping the pizzas by cutting off small pieces—just the right size for each one.
