Congrats on the new addition to the family and thanks for your reply. I will keep digging on this idea of working without the system. The millennials ain't that happy at the moment, and I think they're going to surprise those who talk smack about them, too.
Anyway, I'm digging for a common denominator in all of this. I've been touching on it in some of my posts here and on my blog, The Digital Firehose.
