Kushiar cultivation has been done here in many plots of land together. So, the method of cultivating Kushiar is that several Kushiar plants have to be tied together and kept in bunches. This way, they don’t break in storms or rain. There is a person there who actually cultivates all types of crops. This time, he has cultivated this on his land and almost every year he cultivates it and sells these in the market. This time too, he might sell them in the market, that’s why he has cultivated it this way.
The front leaves of the plant are long. At the time of eating or selling in the market, these are cut and taken to the market. That is what is done—only the long stick-like edible part is sold in the market.
