Honor play vs Poco f1

War for the best smartphone for under Rs 25K has begun in India. First, the Honor launched their flagship killer phone for rs 19,999 and now Xiomi's sub-brand Poco launched their Poco f1 starting from Rs 21,000.

Now, many buyers are confused between this two phones and not able to decide which one they would select.Let me help with a situation. So, I am going to compare this two device on different points so I could help you to select the best one based on your requirement. 

Firstly, both phones come with the full HD display. Both phones are equally good in terms of the display. Now, let's talk about processor Honor play comes with kirin 970 which the latest offering from the Huawei and Poco f1 comes with flagship processor Snapdragon 845. So, in terms of performance, Poco f1 will be faster than a Honor play because of SD845 and Adreno 530 GPU. 

Now, let's move on to the second point which is build quality which is built quality. Honor play comes with the metal back and Poco f1 comes poly carbon back. So, Honor play will fill more premium in hand compared to the Poco f1.

In a camera department, both phones have a pretty decent camera. Poco f1 coupled with the 12mp main and 5mp depth sensor on the back and 20 mp on the front where Honor play comes with the 16mp and 2mp depth sensor on the back and 16mp on the front. Both phones take a decent photo in good lighting condition but in terms of detail, Poco f1 has more detail in his photo. In low lighting condition, both phones struggle to take a good shot. In terms of selfie camera, both can take a decent photo and both phones support portrait mode for the front camera and edge detection works well on both device. In my opinion, I like a photo taken by poco f1 over Honor play but it could be different for you based on your choice.

Both phones support fast charging and both phones have a USB c type port and 3.5 mm jack. For gaming GPU turbo tech from Huawei is present in Honor play whereas liquid cooling is present in Poco f1.

In my opinion, if the build quilty is your highest priority than Honor play is best for you. In any other scenario, the Poco f1 will be the first choice.
