Anarcho-capitalism or voluntaryism does not do away with private property (as opposed to what some people think of when they hear the word "anarchy"). And the owner of the parked truck in the photo is clearly abusing the private property rights of the store owner who designated has the parking rules on his property.
Unfortunately, anarchy will lead to such situations while assholes are around. (And a lot, lot worse) Make the world asshole-free first, then we can talk about anarchy.
