MY HEART
My heart was happy here,
It never looked anywhere.
Wherever the Lord planted it,
Always took a peaceful bit.
But then it found a diamond there,
Wanted to know it lived where.
It got captured into his shine,
Became his addiction like a wine.
Soon it started tricking me,
Looking for honey like a bee.
From the future from the mountain,
To the dreams to the beautiful fountain.
The heaven the universe were all combined,
Love and happiness were all in its mind.
The sorrow dark night was gone away,
Taking away the shades of black and grey
But nothing here remains for permanent,
Our happiness is taken away in the form of rent.
The shine left it alone in the dark,
Left it without even words to bark.
Now it mourns all day and night,
Waiting in tears for his knight.
Poor thing should have realised this in-fact,
Diamond is hard is a well known fact.
