Aluminum Foil Helmet

Give me some aluminum! I want to cover my head.
My mind is being flooded with the stupid things they've said!

I do hope this nonsense is not aluminum proof,
because the level of stupid will go straight up through the roof!

I can't express enough, the fear I carry inside!
Being flooded with this stupid, there's just nowhere left to hide!

As I craft my helmet of aluminum foil,
I must resist the urge to add a topside coil.

It would amplify the nonsense, from which I want to hide.
So I'll just not be adding it, and my brain cannot be fried.

Well, my helmet is completed, and I've tried it on.
It fits really well, and the nonsense, at last, is gone!
