POEM/ I PRESS ON...

The path might be tortuous,
The gait might be rigorous,
The steadiness weak and awkward,
But I sally forth, pressing forward.

Overwhelming the feelings could impress,
But the feeling bustling... No repress,
Despite the existential pessimism,
I sally forth...fizzling opportunism.
