Descended Ascension

Trapped in eyes of scattered glass
Magnify his past to amplify his gasps
Boxing for oxygen, got knocked out fast

The watery sun winks from the horizon
Dying rays of light, hate to say good bye
Bottom of the sea, art's on the highest mountain top

Soul viewing humanity from new perspectives
Angles that haven't even been invented
Different dimensions, what's a long drop?

To an entity that defines ascension?
