I LOVE YOU

I love you as the sun
loves the day
or as the rainbow
loves the rain

I need you as a troubled mind
needs one of its kind
or as a tainted creation
craves redemption

You are that part of me
i cannot demean
like the waves mock the rocks
on their way to bay

My only fear is craving you so much;
that my desires and fantasies
overwhelm reality.
And my half-insane mind
is forever crushed by delusion.
