Bared to You

I'm naked.
Standing here.
Bared to you.
Vulnerable and shaking I stand,
the softest part of me exposed.
And I spill out at your feet.
My skin draws up from the cold,
protecting raw nerves.
And while I recollect,
you talk about yourself.
