Grandma love !!

Exams were over;
So we decided to go to her,
To my dearest granny's place!
I couldn’t remember when I'd last seen her face.

We stood at her doorstep,
All around prevailed peace.
The cuckoos sang their melodious songs,
I wished I could stay there for long.

Holidays were over,
So we bade adieu,
And returned to our hometown,
With my tears flowing down.
