STAY.
Remain
In a state
Of hate
Turned inward
Sinward
Claiming suffering
And defeat
As your fate
HEY!
Stay
Hold it
Let the burdens sit
Squarely on your
Broad enough shoulders
Your own mental boulders
Digging in
Bearing down
Breaking skin
Until
The day
The strain
The self inflicted pain
Comes to boiling
Leads to
Letting
...GO
