Good morning ... I this morning published a poem called Ear Stud

you present abstraction
foreign days and seasons included
confine teak until muted
separate has no self

some are looking for angles
glance pursed into the frown wrinkles
and who is spelling more rarely
the name of god and his own name

not a strange time
who leads who is herded
to the doorway of a period that we have never known
