Sinar surya menyengat
Menyetubuhi jagat raya
Aroma debu kian pekat
Merasuki dunia
Gundah gulana hatiku tiada tara
Menanti datangnya sang pujaan
Resah gelisah semakin mendera
Seakan teror tak berkesudahan
Wahai Tuhanku

Nikmat rezeki dari-Mu
Bukan harta bukan pula tahta, apalagi wanita
Hujan, itulah yang kurindu
Mandikanlah dunia
Agar hilang duka nestapa
