Forever chained...forever apart (Part 2)

After eons of searching
White had begun to lose hope,
He had searched almost all the kingdoms within the Milky Way,
Until he came to the kingdom of
The Sun.

There he saw his beloved
and with her, his traitorous brother.
Driven half mad by his grief and
In his anger, he hurtled towards them,
set on destroying his brother and
Reclaiming his sweetheart.

Alas, the eight brothers and their father loved the children of Earth and would
Not have them destroyed.
They took a hold on White and
were about to destroy him, when they
Saw his explicit, plain beauty.

Instead, the brothers and the king
Chained White with invisible forces,
to hold him in a place in the heavens
That the children of Earth might
Always have the pleasure of beholding his beauty in their dark times,
and they named him "Moon".

And there, barely out of each others reach the two lovers,
Moon and Water, exist.
Their love mocked by Earth as he holds
Moon's beloved captive
And with his power keeps her from him
As he for eternity pulls against his chains Sworn to destroy Earth.

Water always reaches for her lover,
Her attempts proving futile as Earth
violently pulls her hands away,
Causing waves in an endless snuggle
And in her wrath, she wreaks havoc upon Earth's children,
Flooding their cities and
Sending titanic waves to brush them off the face of the land but also
In her kindness grants them life.

Forever they are chained
Forever they long for each other
Forever they are bound apart...
