You and Leaf - Happy Earth Day

You are the morning dew. Falling from the throne of the sky, perched on tiny leaf.

You and that leaf is the impression of meaning about 'harmony'. In the midst of lifeless air, you are unidentified. On a chlorophill sheet, you are medium manifestation of the color spectrum. The leaf is nothing without you. Without your gleam, the sun is infinitely great; through your reflection, it is a mother who radiates warm soul.

On the leaf swing you are lulled. Accompanied by a dream of beautiful immortality. You forgot, you are not one but two. You never belonged to each other. Your body touch each other, but the soul, you're not.

You just realize, your dream is fall through when your balance is gone. When the rhytmic swing, suddenly turns into an earthquake tremor. You have slipped to the pointed end of the leaf. Now your choice is only two: clinging to the shoulders of gravity, tracing the black earth; or wait for the sun to burn and return to the sky.

For the earth, you maybe meaningless, but millions like you who lead a life have a definition.

From the sky you can admire the beautiful world. But not for long you will fall again, find yourself with the same dream, with leaf buds, flower petals, or whatever it is, in the dessert somewhere.

You are not willing to choose, because you wish there was a third opinion: percolate only into the leaf you choose, embrace its soul, into its blood. Not to any pore of land, nor to any ocean of clouds. Not even where you are now. Painstakingly surviving alone, while the step of your heart is lame.

In the mids of a fight of light sting and gravity magnets, you enjoy the cradle that you love for the last time. Nothing is ethernal, you repeated in your heart, cheering your self. Its just a stopover you happen to be passing by. One day, when you have finished your obligation to explore the world, make up the clouds, diving the ocean, maybe, maybe... that is when you understand the meaning of 'everlasting'.
