Detective Pikachu is on the Shiny Aipom case !

While I was walking around with a friend the other day we were talking about the Shiny Aipom as we still didn't come across any. We didn't seem to recall anyone posting a Shiny Aipom in our chat group yet either, as apart from Raids we also talk about the game in general and Shiny Pokémon. One of the people in our team with whom we often take over the Houten Schip Gym was wondering if Shiny Aipom was even legit in the game or not, as she had not seen anyone post one before.

At some point I decided to get Detective Pikachu on the case of these Shiny Aipom. It was apparently a wonderful idea to give it this task, as within an hour I suddenly came across a Shiny Aipom! About 30 minutes later I came across another Shiny Aipom! At this point I posted one screenshot in our talk and raids group, to let that person know that Shiny Aipom is indeed in the game. And she was happy to finally see it.

Later during our walk around I even managed to come across a 3rd Shiny Aipom. That was really crazy!

It's been a while since I came across my last Shiny Pokémon. For example with Shuckle or Buneary I had no luck. During the Earth Day celebration with Shiny Diglett release I was out of luck on finding one too. Finding 3 Shiny Aipom so far is really great, that means I have at least 1 already that I could potentially trade for another Shiny Pokémon at some point after the event.
