Payout will be proportional to upvoters by SP values. However a minimum amount will be reserved for upvoters so they get a minimal amount and then the rest is divided by SP values so that higher SP holders earn more.

If I win more than my entry costs, then you will receive STEEM DOLLARS back from me for your vote plus a portion of my winnings! This was you and I will both make STEEM for working together and me playing poker well. You help me out and I help you out so it can be a win-win siuation for the both of us.

If this proves to be successful I will do the same offer deal for the next two poker series: the Online Super Series (OSS) and the Bigger Online Super Series (BOSS).
