Void Judgments

in #political7 years ago

When they put on a show-trial in a kangaroo court, they deny due process. When the Judge is dealing with a Statute (always) he is a (bought and paid for) Clerk masquerading as a Judge and he cannot do anything judicial like issue warrants, or orders. They are operating in their private capacity, and they have no immunity. They routinely deny due process, and in fact it is rare when you are given due process, which is why it is a show-trial and kangaroo court.
The end result is that if they are not operating in their official anything they do is a fraud and a nullity. It i s a void judgment. A void Judgment can be attacked at any time or any place collaterally or otherwise.

I found you on Youtube. I'm very interested in your posts. Thank You.

Glad you like it. Spread the word!

Always enjoy your posts. I've recently gotten into santo bonacci who teaches a ton about the history of how all of this came to be. Do you have any thoughts on him if you're familiar? Keep it coming cause there are some out here who are listening.......

I am familiar with him but he goes into commerce and I stay away from commerce. Commerce i s controlled and regulated by UNIDROIT and their Uniform Commercial Code through the United Nations and the Roman Cult. It is the law of thieves and slaves ONLY allowed. There is no such thing as a sovereign in commerce.

Ah, see there's always more to the puzzle. It seems to take a while to gather the pieces and fit it all together. He has an interesting channel and I thought I'd ask your opinion. I just can't seem to wrap my head around how one could function daily with out commerce to some extent? Again, learning here. A particular vid you recommend or just a nudge in the right direction?

I like him too. These people are so patient, to learn all this, I am sooooooooooooooooooo IGNORANT bt they are getting me up to speed fast at age 47 ooooops, and Earth is Flat.
