I went over your information, I can hardly phantom you would like me to take that seriously or any majority of Americans who would vote to bring that plan into fruition. We would have a very broad succession movement is a understatement, extremely broad would be more fitting, and thank goodness the vast majority of people will not be willing to even want to go there, you are going to have to come up with something much more sensible then all out anarchy.
