I have a little rule of thumb, wherever there is a bureaucrat or clerk, there could be a blockchain instead, the more powerful the bureaucrat the later they will be replaced though, so we have to hang tight, and of course the power of voting will be applied for trivial things in the beginning, but this is the shape of things to come
