He is very strict yes...that's what the country needs, who the 75% Filipinos want, 21 million people and growing. As for the opposition, for the 1st time, the people are rejoicing that they are NOT in power. The people now have a voice with President Duterte. Are the oppostion being suppresed? Let's just say that their manipulations of Filipinos are blatantly out in the open and their shits are unwanted.
