It is amazing what people have found in the "penumbra" of the constitution, legalized murder for the sake of "women's health". The constitution says that life is an unalienable right granted by the Creator - not granted by the constitution or government.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Life in an unalienable right endowed to all men (and women) by their Creator. The government is not our Creator and is supposed to be constitutional, deferring to the self-evident truths expounded therein.
I agree with you. This argument of when a baby reaches "personhood" is dangerous. Especially those idiots that claim it might not be until the age of 6 or so. Can you imagine the potential of "aborting" a five year old child because it's too much strain on the parents? Some of the arguments out there in favor of abortion make me sick.
