Kenyan's face another blow as their internal CS of security Dr.Nkaissery dies of unknown causes with barely a month to the general elections.The event marks a repetition of what was seen in 2013 (also an election year)where the cs of security at that time Dr.Saitoti died in an aeroplane crush (unknown cause of accident)just few weeks to the general election.
