The Original Q

I've known Frank Bacon for a very long time and several years ago I remember him repeating over and over again anytime he saw the letter "Q" on a sign or a license plate or anywhere, he would boisterously proclaim that "Q" meant something very, very important. It was driving him crazy and thus his Francis Bacon SciFi novel began. Frank was the original "Q" and then the "Q" Team came onboard. Frank was way ahead of the times.
