The Time For Tax Cuts Is Now To Produce STEEM

The time for tax cuts in the United States is now. President Trump ran on middle class tax cuts and the entire Republican Party is based on low taxes and small government. But the whole "small government" part has ballooned out of control over the last few decades. Government dependence, waste, and unfunded liabilities have become an enormous crutch on federal and local governments. But the one thing that can kick this economy into full STEEM, is Middle Class Tax Cuts.

My family is a good example of what a Federal Tax Cut of the current 25% I'm paying down to President Trumps proposed 12% could do for the economy. The extra 13% every paycheck would not necessarily go straight to a savings account. This summer, for example, it would have been enough for us to build a new deck and a new fence. Enough examples of families needing a new deck and a new fence then makes the deck company hire more people. It's not rocket science here.

Most importantly, our hard earned money is OUR HARD EARNED 💰. Not the governments. The way that our tax money gets wasted is infuriating. Of course I want our military, police, fireman and first responders well taken care of. They are the backbone of this country. But I don't want my tax dollars being wasted. I want my tax dollars in my wallet.

But will anything get done? President Trump has been ready to sign a tax cut bill since January 20th when he was sworn in. Unfortunately, the Republican Party that I used to be fond of during the Regean era is long gone. Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, and Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnel, are spineless fools. It's pathetic. And the Democrats insanely think we don't pay enough in taxes.

Here's to hoping that for once in this country that the elected people can actually work together do what's best for the middle class. But I won't hold my breath. Where's the vodka? Cheers!
