I guess it is! Mine is 28.6 Square miles, but yours is just over 40!

:)They run hydroelectric from the dam, it is 25 miles away from our land.
This is actually a chain of lakes. There's a dam on these too, but it's only a mile from our house.
Being close is great! Walking distance is good planning.
