What about importing some good seed of cannabis from Europe and grow em in volcano soil? that would be good stuff I think ;)
I wouldn't be surprised if Mexico could compete with almost every country in this field. Many people underestimate Mexico's potential.... Everyday countless Mexicans are gaining a better understanding of the new technology and devices. I guess time will tell.
