tip or die

First off, thank you to all the guests that understand what we go thru on a daily basis. Thank you for tipping 18 to 20%.
For the foreigners visiting this country.....we don't make $20 or $30 an hour like they do in your country, bartenders and servers depend on you to make a living and take care of their families. You see in the US restaurants can care less if you tip their employees, because no matter what you have to pay the bill. Now for all of you Americans out there say to yourself "if you don't like it get another job" please buy yourself some groceries, make your own dinner serve yourself......than eat rat poison for dessert....LOSERS.
To all you ten percenters,,, unless your over the age of 60 .....i would dare you to go and dine at the same place 3 nights in a row......good luck getting your food.
Don't tells us how great service was than leave us ten percent......you being nice doesn't pay my bills.
