Great poem. May I ask your approximate age at the time of the poem?
There are so many changes that we could all make. I am an avid recycler.
Some other things I do:
- All lighting in my home is LED
- I unplug all appliances, computers and cell phone chargers. I have taught my children the same.
- Wash and dry clothing early in the morning or late at night.
These are just a few of the things I do.
I was 12 or 13 at the time. Great recycling and GREEN initiatives on your side!
I thinks it's amazing at that age you showed concern for the planet we call home! Kudos to you!
