@poloniex delisted $steem shortly after the acquisition and if you check their wallet, they recently transferred over 1,000,000 Steem from what was their customers $steem to an exchange:
Oh, My God!!! ... why did they delist steem. In the FAQ here, it's still mentioned one can withdraw funds using that Poloniex exchange. Steemit definitely needs to update information in this FAQ, else its confusing!!
