This system called Finchi has already been implemented in a robot delivered to Ericson and what it does goes far beyond responding to commands, it observes, analyzes, and learns from each interaction.

The system uses cameras positioned directly in the robot's eyes, allowing it to maintain eye contact while observing the environment. In addition, the system interprets emotional signals, behavioral patterns, even a person's level of engagement during the interaction.
