Potato Dumpling
INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked and squeezed potatoes
1 egg
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup of flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
frying oil
FILLING:
250 gr of ground beef
2 garlic cloves
Black pepper and salt to taste
Coriander to taste
1 small chopped onion
Smell chillies to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the squeezed potatoes, the egg, the wheat flour, the salt and the black pepper, until a dough forms
Reserve
Season the ground beef with the garlic, the black pepper, the salt, the chili pepper and the onion
In a pan put a wire of oil and pass this seasoned meat until it cooks and runs out of stock
When you are on the spot add cilantro
Make dumplings with the potato dough, open a cavity in the middle and put the ground beef, rewind until it closes
Pass the dumplings in the flour
In a frying pan heat the oil, put the cookies and fry them until golden, turn to brown on the other side
Remove them from the oil and put on paper towel
Suggestion:
you can use other fillings, such as: cheese, cod, shredded dried beef
