Very Blessed Ramadan Mubarak to All . Hopefully everyone getting blessings of this Mubarak month. That's my first overall post in Month of Ramadan. And from bottom of heart , I would like to congrats @bdwomen for selection in season 30. The title and complete recipe of potatoes snack are really delicious and easy to understand. I also tried to cook and it was delectable experience. We all enjoyed it in the after time.

| Coriander or celery leaves | few |

| Garm Masala | ¹ tsp |
| Coriander powder | ¹ tsp |
| Kalwanji | ½ tsp |
| Black pepper | ¹ tsp |
| Turmeric powder | ⅓ tsp |
| Cumin & cardamom powder | ¹ tsp |
| Rice flour & Gram flour | ¹ cup |
| Oil | ¹ cup for shallow frying |

Here's with we will take four medium potatoes we will washed it by fresh flowing water then let them them cook for 35 minutes at least. Then we will peal the skin of the potatoes and mashed it smoothly.

Next process is to add the spices in the mashing process then mixed them well.
Binding the Mixture

Yes!! The next step is to make the binding mixture or you can say that crispy and crunchy coating of the potatoes. For this , we will take some but little different spices like rice and gram flour , garlic powder , salt , tumeric powder, cumin cardamom powder and water to make thick and smoothie mixture for binding.

Now in the last step , we will make the small or medium shapes to turn round into potato's snacks . At the meantime , we will heat the oil and then shallow fried from both sides until they turn golden brown color and crispy.

I mostly cooked potatoes snacks like in form of chicken or veggies potato's cutlets and for binding I use eggs and bread crumbs . For the first time I used gram flour and rice powder for binding them. It was also fantastic experience because of crunchy and crispy taste of them .

Yes , being a Muslim we are having Ramadan Mubarak month of blessings. We mostly make such snacks at Iftar time. My kids especially really enjoyed it because of the potatoes are thier favorite and this delicious and crunchy snacks they firstly enjoyed.
