Discovering Your Potential

I work one-to-one with people in different positions from the top-level to the expert level in business life. For a variety of reasons, there is a considerable number of people who do not live their lives and live in harmony with their own qualities, desires and goals.

Since people in their 20s are in a hurry to get something, they may not notice much if they realize their potential. When they perform some or more of the targets they pursue, they are dissatisfied and they are gaining awareness on this issue at the age of 30 with dissatisfaction. In summary, this group consists of people from different professions and at various levels, mostly 30 years of age and over.

Most of the people who have the desire to discover and reveal their potential are caught in the obstacle of perfection. Although the goal of being the best job to be revealed is that it is valuable, the person does not produce either late or limited production.

Today's fast changing conditions do not allow it. Because there is a threat: a job you want, the project is too late to implement, it is done by others, is to be realized.

Another obstacle is the fear of failure. Of course, according to the definition of success, the degree of this fear varies. In the end, it stops people not being able to risk the success of their definition.
