steemit dollar > steem> power up

Hello

I had steemit dollars on my wallet and I transfered it to my savings is there any way to get it back to my balance? I want to change it to steem and power upo my account, but on savings there is only withdraw option. If i withdraw it to my channel again ill get it after 3 days to my balance again?
