Before You Claim Land, Claim Your Mind
A Brutally Honest Look at Power and Property.
Most people think they “own” their property, or that paperwork, trusts, or spiritual declarations can protect them.
But property only exists as long as someone with power allows it.
I keep seeing people talk as if paperwork, trusts, declarations, “sovereignty documents,” or spiritual filings will somehow protect them from the state.
It doesn’t work like that.
Property is a social construct
This is the part most people fail in recognizing. This idea called property is only existing because the current system chooses it to be.
In other words: Property is only yours if you can keep it.
People who think trusts, spiritual declarations, birth-certificate hacks, “sovereign documents,” or esoteric filings can shield them from the state…
…don’t understand how power works.
Property isn’t a natural law. It’s not carved into the universe. It’s a human arrangement backed by "laws", institutions, police, courts, and ultimately, the capacity for violence.
If those institutions stop respecting your claim?
Your “ownership” evaporates instantly.
You don’t “own” property in the metaphysical sense.
You have conditional priority access recognized by a system with guns.
The only people in history who had truly secure property were those who had their own military, their own land forces, or a strong alliance with a power capable of defending them.
Everyone else “owns” things only because the current system chooses to allow it.
Property is meaningful only when power is willing or forced to respect it.
Further on the capacity for violence.
Everyone has some capacity to enact violence. Everyone can use force to some degree or another. But let us not ignore that it is those who are most willing and most capable will have more power. Alliances help enforce that power if sharing a common interest. Be it what it may be, this is how in part, world mafias governments form into almost unstoppable forces to deal with.
