Powerdown Experiment

So I haven't powered down before really, I've played with it a couple times, but just started a full power down to get some liquid into my account, I plan on cancelling it after 2 weeks or powering up the powered down amount each week for the next 10 weeks to see how RC will workout for account creation token s, I do want those for those wanting a free account once blokz.io client comes out.
