Today is very heartbreaking. After doing more research, I found a charity account that did the power down. I suggest to all Steemit users withdraw their delegation from the account.

This account is a charity account belonging to @svm038 and @steemwomensclub. The account owner is requested to stop the power down. And if you continue to power down, it would be great if you give the Steem to an active charity account. The Steem belongs to those in need. Give gifts to those who have delegated to @steemwomensclub.
