It has come to the point that I don’t remember a time when there were no bleary eyes looking back at me from out of the mirror every time I looked into it.
Does this mean you (as the narrator) were once a vampire like your friends and couldn't see yourself in the mirror, but then you stopped being a vampire, and now you can see yourself in the mirror again?
My life is a mirror I stare out of and see what is made there
