KWV Shiraz!!

Most of you know me as a Beer lover, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the strict lock-down we under, here in South-Africa, I ran out of Beer - Nightmare!! Luckily, I still had some wine available, the wine in question was a nice red wine, a Shiraz , produced by KWV.

The wine is part of their classic collection and is produced in the Western Cape, one of the top wine producing regions in the world!!

The wine has a 14% alcohol content, and pours with a very dark ruby color!!

Look at the very nice color of this delicious fruit of the vine, when viewed against the light!!

Of cause we had a nice braai, to go with the wine, just look at that beautiful fire we made!!

Here is a toast to you from my wife and I, savoring our wine and enjoying each others company during lock-down!!

I did not really run out of BEER by the time I was drinking the wine, I actually had one left, but now I can safely say, I have run out!!

I actually brewed my own BEER and bottled it today, but I need to wait 4 weeks before I can drink it and the lock-down is planned to end in two weeks!!
