30 Days of Practice, Day 14

Today I had to split up my practice into 3 sessions, but I still got in the complete hour, and I feel so good that I practiced, yet another day!

Thanks be to God.

I am so much more at peace with myself - I almost don't recognize myself, on the inside I am finally feeling like my own ally, and not like my enemy.
