Simple breathing technique

Recently I am practicing a simple breathing technique which I read from a book written by Swamy Vivekananda named "Raja Yoga". This technique is based on breathing in and out by following a procedure, in this technique we have to follow systematic breathing. Some people counts numbers while breathing, some people chant mantra while breathing, these two procedures will give good results for systematic breathing. Our nervous system will relax after doing this breathing, if we practice we get relaxation like sleep. Results of this practice are soft voice and glow in face. This is the simple and easy technique everybody can practice.
