I had a thought last night before I went to sleep. Harvey has been on my mind especially because my daughter is down there in the middle of it. No worries as of yet because she is doing as well as can be expected. Hell, they still have power where she is.

Anyway, I started to wonder if Harvey might become the dreaded black swan. I mean think about it. It has become way worse than expected and is going to continue to worsen. Houston is, what, the third largest city in the US. There is no telling how long the refineries are going to be shuttered. I don't know fellas, but I'm thinking this is going to have a serious economic impact and I feel PM prices are starting to project that.
